Motion intelligence is embedded in this universal controller. There is no programming code to write, unless you would like to add enhanced features. If you do, a high speed built-in PLC allows customization and application specific details. This allows it to be flexible and adaptable. Operation is easy. The CX-1010 is a general purpose control and has many more features, including configurable screens for operator convenience, pre-loaded algorithms for Master or Follower, with Inverse and Offset variations. On-the-fly re-configuration and set-points changes via 8 user-defined configuration blocks. Optional analog card accommodates signals from line speed, flow, tension, PLC or dancer position sensors. The precision control loops utilize many types of encoder signals, including quadrature, open collector, and differential line drivers.

Both of these controllers are general purpose motion controls designed for Master or Follower speed control applications, these two products also offer precise control in a convenient 1/2 DIN package. The M-Trim -- Universal controller adds precision to AC Inverters / Vectors / DC Regen drives. The M-Drive is a Controller with built-in DC Drive (2HP), requires no external drive or amplifier.

The M-Trim / M-Drive products have many more features, including easy to see LED numerical display, pre-loaded algorithms for Master, Follower, or Follower with Offset. On-the-fly re-configuration and set-points changes via 4 set-points and 2 user-defined configuration blocks. Dedicated stand-alone control for precision index motion which is repeatable at extremely high speeds. The M-Cut performs combinational entry checking on parameters to prevent you from entering non achievable profiles. This control is most often used for sheeters, press feeders, extruded hose and tubing cut equipment, 1-axis indexers, and shuttle transfer mechanisms.

The dedicated purpose M-Shuttle sequences a process device (saw, grinder, water jet etc.) to the speed of the product/process for a flying cut-to-length function. Once the cut is completed, the M-Shuttle moves the process device back to the origin and the motion profile is repeated. M-Shuttle is a dedicated purpose controller for applications that have continuous motion, non extensible extruded or web product that cannot be halted, knife cut etc. but needs to be (saw-cut, stamped, threaded, etc.). M-Shuttle solves any reciprocating/ follower motion industrial problem. Applications include flying cutoffs of plywood, drywall, ceiling tile, roll formed steel, extruded sheet or welded pipe materials.

This extremely precise cam motion control is designed for cut length and repeat length or reciprocating motion applications. Its accurate to zero accumulative error in follower format and .01% set speed in master format. It adjusts for variable print lengths, compensates to maintain correct synchronization with the trend feature and accommodates quadrature sensor to monitor speed and direction.
